We built Halo Water Proofing around a simple promise: show up when we say, tell you the truth about what's wrong, and fix it so it stays fixed.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Wales Center technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
Our Wales Center crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
Talk to a real Wales Center technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.

If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
This is one sign we tell Wales Center customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
These upstairs clues usually show up months after the basement moisture problem actually started.
No two Wales Center basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
A flooded Wales Center basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews pull the standing water and start drying the space the same visit.
