We built Halo Water Proofing around a simple promise: show up when we say, tell you the truth about what's wrong, and fix it so it stays fixed.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Wales Center technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Wales Center homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.

If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
Small cracks in a Wales Center foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
A Wales Center sump pump that never rests is usually undersized or nearing the end of its life.
This is one sign we tell Wales Center customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
These upstairs clues usually show up months after the basement moisture problem actually started.
Whatever's going on with your Wales Center property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
Storm season keeps our Wales Center emergency line busy — active flooding always jumps ahead of routine inspections in the queue.
